I am an experimental physicist performing fundamental research in the field of nanoscale optics. My interests lie in the interaction of light with objects of nanometric size, or materials structured at the nanometre scale. I have focused in particular on developing measurement and data analysis methods for assessing more thoroughly and quantitatively the optical properties of single nano-objects. I am currently studying how nanostructures can enhance the efficiency of nonlinear optical processes.
